Bring out the family and do your part to help Innsbrook honor Earth Day!
We are seeking volunteers to help us clean a stretch of Strack’s Church Road in between the western parts of Innsbrook. All vehicles will meet for staging in the Commons parking lot at 1:00pm on Wednesday April, 22nd. (Earth Day!) Each vehicle will be designated a 1000 ft. zone, spaced by cones, and escorted to the appropriate area for cleanup. Each party will move counter-clockwise, walking north to the end of their zone then crossing the road to return southbound towards their vehicle. 1-4 participants per zone and 1-2 vehicles per zone. Anyone under the age of 18yrs must be accompanied by an adult. Volunteers are asked to provide their own trash bags that are to be left on the shoulder once filled. IBK staff will collecting the trash bags. We ask that you please wear bright colored clothing, gloves, long pants, etc…. All social distancing precautions have been arranged as well as roadside security and signage. Please do not exit your vehicle at the staging area. Spots are limited!
