Innsbrook Craft and Vendor Show

Returning by popular demand, a craft and vendor show will take place at the Charrette Creek Commons. This event will be open to the public, so grab your spot.
Booth types:
8’ x 8’ indoor booth - $75.00 (includes 8’ table)
10’ x 10’ outdoor booth - $40 (includes 8’ table)
Additional costs:
8’ table - $10 each
Electric - $10
Swag Bags: You will have an opportunity to add an item with your information into our Early Bird Sway Bags. (150 items must be provided) We must receive items no later than August 1, 2019. Innsbrook, Attn: Activities, 596 Aspen Way Drive, Innsbrook, MO 63390
Do you have a Special Show offer or giveaway you’d like to promote prior to the event? Let us know, so we can promote and help interest in your booth.
Promotion: Provide us your Business website, Facebook page, Twitter handle, Instagram username and we will promote your business and booth.
Guidelines
- Outside tables, chairs, and tents are allowed.
- Vendors will be allowed to set up between 7:00 am and 9:00 am. Vendors must be ready by 9:00 am.
- Vendors must park in the designated area and may not pack up or leave prior to 4 pm.
- Vendors are responsible for their own trash and any damage to Innsbrook property.
- All vendor’s items must be fully removed from Charrette Creek Commons and Innsbrook after the show.
- For inside vendors, nothing may be affixed to the floor or walls.
- Innsbrook is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
- In an effort to provide a balanced experience for our guests with services that align with the event’s mission, Innsbrook reserves the right to approve vendors.
- All additional tables, and electric requests or changes to booth must be confirmed by August 1, 2019.
- Signed contract and payment must be completed by Wednesday, August 28, 2019.
