Autumn Reflections Forest Bathing + Nature Therapy Walk

Join us in November for the Autumn Reflections Forest Bathing + Nature Therapy Walk at Innsbrook Resort. Each walk provides a totally unique experience for everyone. For this walk, we will be exploring the area of Charrette Creek Commons. Guided by Jess Thenhaus, Certified Forest and Nature Therapy Guide, this walk is a journey through the quiet beauty of fall, reflecting on the year as nature winds down. It's a time to release stress, disconnect from technology, and absorb the calming, transformative energy of the forest as it prepares for winter's rest. We will have opportunities to share our experiences with each other, and Jess will share some practices at the end for you to try on your own at home by yourself or with friends.
Pre-registration required by Thursday November 7th.
This event is for Innsbrook property owners and their family/registered guests, as well as vacationers staying on property.
