Are you a cheese lover who wants to learn the art of perfect cheese pairing? Our Cheese Pairing Class is the perfect opportunity for you to discover your perfect bite! Rachel from Salt & Light Cheeseboards will guide you through the nuances of pairing different types of cheese with complementary flavors such as fruits, nuts, and chocolates. You'll learn how to balance the intensity of cheese with the flavors of the accompaniments to create a delicious experience.
Join us for a morning of fun while learning and you’ll leave the class with a newfound confidence in your cheese pairing skills and with your own beautiful "Cheese Tasting" booklet.
What to Expect:
During class, you'll have the chance to taste six artisan cheeses and experiment with different pairings, while also learning how to identify the characteristics of cheese. Whether you're a seasoned cheese lover or just starting to explore the world of cheese, this class will enhance your appreciation and understanding of this beloved dairy product.
