Experience the healing power of sound! Join Lisa directly after the Saturday morning yoga class for sound bath experience in the media room! Close your eyes and allow the vibrations and sounds to wash away your stresses. You will experience a number of chosen instruments. Following the session, juice will be provided. There is also an opportunity to pull a tarot card reading for the day!
