Adult Workshop: Cheeseboard Class
Friday December 2nd 6pm at Charrette Creek Commons.
Back by popular demand! Rachel Wray from Salt & Light cheeseboards will be here to show you her fab secrets to help you create and design the perfect charcuterie board for your holiday party!
Instruction to include roll & style cheeses, arrange fruit & veggies, and create visual appeal!
Special board highlights will include
* garnishing/decorating dips with honey, herbs and flowers.
*stenciling Brie cheese with jam
Knife, cutting board, and groceries provided!
You are welcome to bring a charcuterie board or plate from home (8X8 or 8 inches round) However no board, no worries- bakery boxes/disposable boards can be provided for use.
All groceries purchased will be based on availability and seasonal selections. BYOB
$30.00 per person.
